We know Fall has just arrived, but now that it’s getting colder, Winter is getting closer! We want you to be prepared. We’re sharing some ways to transition your apartment from fall to winter!


Not everyone likes to keep fall/winter and spring/summer clothing separate, but if you do, now is the time to start transitioning all of those spring/summer pieces out of your closet for the colder seasons.

Swap out those sheets for a warmer sheet set like flannel sheets. If you have a thicker comforter that you use for the warmer months, now would be the time to bust that out too!

There’s nothing like cozying up on the couch with a warm blanket to watch the latest Netflix¬†series. Place your thick, cozy blankets out in gathering spaces for easy reach.

Fall and Winter Energy Savings

We could go on and on about saving energy in your apartment, but we for sure want to talk about sealing those windows and doors. There’s nothing worse than drafty windows and doors. Did you know, if you are an MPM resident, you can get shrink wrap for your windows for the Winter season at no cost to you? Contact your property representative and let them know you would like to stop by and grab some for your unit. Shrink wrap is the perfect way to seal out any of that extra cold and keep your apartment nice and toasty!
