Time Better Spent with Intent

So often we get stuck in our routines. Having a routine isn’t bad in and of itself, but sometimes getting caught in the cycle of routine can limit us from fully enjoying our lives. It seems innocent enough to check our social media routinely or watch a TV series every week. While there’s no harm in a little downtime here and there, we tend to busy ourselves with so much work and electronic exposure that we forget about the world that is right in front of us.
